Focus group mobilization covers the work needed to identify, screen, invite and confirm the right participants for a discussion. Facilitation covers the session itself, including venue preparation, participant handling, moderation support, note taking and basic reporting.
A focus group can fail even when the research questions are good. Wrong participants, weak confirmation, poor timing, unsuitable venue or unclear facilitation can reduce the quality of the discussion. Our role is to manage those practical details so the session produces useful information.
We can work from your screener and discussion guide, or help refine them. We confirm participant profiles, manage attendance expectations, brief participants, support consent procedures and coordinate the session flow. Where needed, we also provide moderators, note takers, translators and transcription support.
